Description

The Mitsubishi MELHMI-GOT GOT2000 Series Handy Graphic Operation Terminal is a compact and portable HMI device for flexible control and monitoring of industrial equipment, with enhanced safety and convenience features. This handheld terminal is optimized for left-hand holding and right-hand operation. The ergonomic design allows technicians to view the display at a natural wrist angle, while maintaining a secure grip via the rounded handle and back strap. The GOT2000 Series Handy terminal offers critical safety features including a three-position deadman switch for operation interlocking, an emergency stop switch for immediate machine shutdown, and a keylock switch to restrict unauthorized operation. LED-equipped operation switches provide clear visual feedback of system status at a glance.

The GT2000 Series Handy HMI offers comprehensive connectivity and data management capabilities through multiple standard communication interfaces including Ethernet, RS-232, RS-422/485, USB, and SD memory card support available. The terminal functions as a transparent gateway, allowing operators to program, start up, and adjust Mitsubishi Electric programmable controllers, servos, inverters, and robots without opening electrical cabinets—simply by connecting a personal computer directly to the handheld device via the USB port. Tool-free connection and disconnection of external cables streamline setup and maintenance, while expandable storage via SD memory cards accommodates large volumes of documentation, logging data, alarm records, and backup files.
